Oh. in other non-wedding news. i tried to organize some ghetto bio3 parties for people who've never been to bio / don't have easy access to it / don't know what to do. all in all, it could have gone worse, but in one party we even had an MS set up. also, HEY DID YOU GUYS KNOW IT'S 4.5X EXP RIGHT NOW ON YMIR BECAUSE OUR GMS ACCIDENTLY  MULTIPLIED IT BY 3 INSTEAD OF 1.5? AWESOME. I WISH UPON YOUR BIO3 ADVENTURES A NEVERENDING SUPPLY OF KATHRYNE KEYRONS, A SCHOLAR THAT DOESN'T FALL ASLEEP / AFK, AND THAT CECIL WILL STOP SPAWNING ON TOP OF YOUR PARTY!

what's that other place to level at, like. thors. yeah. the masochistic pair, mina and ashlyn, took my hybrid DD/SD sinx, and jeff's hindsight scholar, with them down to thors to level. hahaha they're crazy. I had much more productive and awesome things to do though, such as this.

And finally, I must introduce to you my new account. I finally caved in and admitted that I can no longer delete characters on my main to make room for whatever i feel like dicking around on, so I fessed up and paid for a new account. On it is a level 60 hunter named Mittens, and this totally gimmicky merchant.

I've had a few people walk up and /pat my merchant when i'm setting vends up. Haha... dang...

Also on the account is my new love, War.

i'm gonna go ahead and pretend i didn't sit for hours in id3 stringing on jeff's minstrel and watching house, while leeching the knight and ignoring party members who wanted me to string and pull at the same time. man, i got yelled at more than once for that. um.. the reason why i am trading strings for leech is so that my leech can get all the kill counts. if you wanted me to pull i would pull on my 99 hp. but then you wouldn't have strings. and then it kind of defeats the whole purpose of asking me to pull on my knight. sorry, idgi???

today
a post with many pictures and a few leveling montages. these are mostly from the anniversary event from iRO, which kind of felt like a conglomeration of iRO's BEST HIT events.

to start, here is my gypsy's leveling montage in bio3 during double exp!! We had a great spot with 1 full time spawner and 3 half spawners all to ourselves it was great *_*.

It left my gypsy at 95/65, which is kind of awesome compared all these weirdo trans characters that have no job levels thanks to AL3.

I started a new project, after deleting my poor neglected blacksmith:

this took like 2 weeks which is an amazing pace for me

i mean uh... help... to reintegrate him... into RO... the great thing is that he's totally amazed by everything.

He hit j50 at base 68, then the next day I forced him to come to our very first sealed shrine run. The run composed of me, jon, sean, melissa, drake, jt, and xen. half of these people never went to SS before, and all things considered it could have gone really really badly- but we came out victorious with a CBD doll ps S> cbd 250mil ?????

sec let me shoe horn a picture of my hwiz leveling. I dunno why or how, but Ice is now 95. I mean i know i leveled her but i didn't mean to at all.

hey for the pirate quest i had this great idea so we wouldn't mix up our warps with other peoples' warps. we warped in the middle of our weird little square formation. i am so brilliant i have a degree in urban planning.

I had too many leftover sets because i accidently calculated 3 times more than i needed, and after shoving enough items at people to 99 whatever they wanted 99d, i was left with about 70 extra sets. wtf. So i ended up rushing to use them all up on the last day.


Lastly, most people on RO spend their time making cute formations, or whatever well screw youuuuu

dear super special ro diary, today was a stinky day.

i think i totally let final retribution's recaller stalker lady (who i know is on ROSTORY WHOA! +_+) get a recall off; then i did okolnir without telling anyone that i was really laggy and then ended up spamming ME in all the wrong places ): i can't believe I messed piamette up ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh mannnnnn.

man, today was just not my day at all; maybe though i am exaggerating. it's not like i single handedly caused the downfall of something in siege, and MAYBE i single handedly screwed up piamette but it didn't really faze anyone so that is ok too probably.

i am tired, i will wake up tomorrow morning and feel like i was being a dumb baby the night before.

Help, I'm alive

my heart keeps beating like a hammer

I exhausted myself playing RO during double exp week (no good!!), but oddly enough didn't get to level most of my own characters. Instead, I worked on Melissa's early birthday present: turning her 95 combo monk into a champ. After a bunch of hours of out-of-party slaving (oh god i hate doing that so much ;_;) we managed to hit 99 an hour before maintenance!!


Then we scrambled in the last hour with fencer scrolls and HE manuals in Anubis. At one point, the GMs announced the wrong time for maintenance, cutting our hour down to twenty minutes which kind of freaked us out. Thankfully, we managed to get pretty close to j50 before the servers went down, and exp item'd the rest. Yayyyyy.


What a relief!! Champ screenies will come with time, after we've got a few parties in her. We got excited last night and did four BBs (which are something like 9mil each now, ouch!!) for Melissa's first MVPs. She did Drake, Detard, Atroce, ....is that it? I forget what else. Maybe that's it. Anyways, the MVPs were all extremely stingy. ): I forgot to screenie the bloody branches because I wasn't HPing for the party so I had to pay attention to what I was doing. It's kind of weird, I am used to HPing and multi-tasking, but as soon as I'm stuck in another role I get confused and try to do the HP's job. Lame! But anyways, what I was playing in the mini-MVPing party was this thing:


8D pritty schorar!! She's 84 right now from partying in AL3 with Azure Breeze + Charlie exp item'd it to 81 so it'd be in range which reminds me i owe him money q_q ....... dang...

Oh. On the bright side, now that Melissa got her champ we can have our own self-sufficient AL share parties!! Melissa on champ, me on scholar, Jon on HP, JT on strings. Man I bet everyone is jealous of our 7x - 8x mini AL party. YEAH! ...JK we probably need a tank or something. ): ...

In artsy fartsy news, I'm trying to learn how to play this on the piano. Or well, play it better. I can play this really, really slow. That and I bought a new tablet to force myself to finally get familiar with digital art. In the spirit of getting familiar with digital art, feel free to post a character you want drawn / sketched / whatever. Leave as much detail as you can because I need to practice things anyways!! i'm not sure if I can get to everyone, and I don't work systematically so please don't be sad if I skip you ): !!

Some things I should probably work on: full bodies, headgear (i purposely left it out most of the time), hands (notice how hands are missing in all of them BAHAHAHHAAHAHA........... i'm not that clever ), bigger pictures??, stop using the same style you hack, inconsistent quality, etc.....

it's like an OBB maybe what you'll get will be good, I DUNNO?

During the exp event I managed to 99 my really stupid alchemist. I had a hair identity crisis so I changed it before transing.


In other leveling news, here is a random base level for my gypsy. I forgot which one it was so instead of a number there's a smiley face to placate you. tee hee. All you need to know is the gypsy now rests at 92!!!


Some warp alley bustling activity pictures; starting with Teng's freaky little girl pet (aka Karen's daughter) TOUCHING MY BUTT.... somehow that little shadow thing is an appropriate representation of my exact sentiments.


And a two in one: Our magnificent height-based pimp hat line with Rei screaming at Clicky to move his sorry ass. On t he other side is my new biochem and her dumb vanilmirth, with her original hair restored. Whew. Hair identity crisis averted.


I deleted my old hunter and made a new hindsight sage with the spunky lesbian haircut or whatever, while making counteragents/mixtures, I couldn't help but noticed how enthusiastic this chemist was.


So the final product, Fables (with an i) is married off to a linker. Nice package.

hello it is double exp and i spent my time drawing stuff; that isn't to say I wasn't productive, just noticed that I spent more time hunched over a doodle, and looking up to find a bunch of people asking for help leveling, then gracefully ignoring and going back to doodling......... (i am sry tav ilu i totally got the drawing thing out of my system now.) HERE IS THE FINAL PRODUCT.

Thanks for all the screenshot suggestions last entry! I decided to try out sara's suggestion with the action tool, as that appeared to be the laziest option. It has worked out pretty great!! I think. Now to spam some pictures.


I'm not sure why I got this because my account has an HP, Hwiz, dex/vit Stalker, and a gypsy. So really the only one who'd use it is the gypsy. ...Huh. Headgear collection maybe!!!!

Once upon a time, two fine ladies decided to go for a haircut. Being lazy hos, they decided to place their trust in the young hands of the apprentice hairdresser. At least one of us (Melissa) became satisfied quickly, with her hairdo. However, the other was retarded and spent over 6 million zeny. She was extremely picky, and had complaints for just about every single hair.

Celeste: "i look like a fucking ghost"


Finally she settled upon a hair. Not too long, not too short. Best of all she found a friend with a similar cut, so they could share styling tips. However LITTLE DID THEY KNOW... it would be the beginnings of a freakish cult.

mannn....I used that hairstyle on my priest on Valk, because it was my first time on iRO and I didn't know you could change it in char creation when making the char. That hairstlye is the reason I made the second Aethereal ROFL.

Eric's rock-paper-scissors tournament. I managed to get second place, whoaaa.


Sometimes, when I come back to my computer screen, there is a herd of sheep awaiting me. (also jon is very weak human being)


Other times, I get interesting messages left for me.


One of the things that I've been up to is attempting to organize Nydhoggur runs, I've only priested for a handful of runs, so it was kind of weird. But our first run went alright, despite not having a hwiz for the important bit, nor did we have an active stringer. This screenshot came after our first run. >:|


Two things: Kyle decided to make that weapon for lord knows why arghhh what the heck; the other is that YES i did get sheltering bliss on my gypsy am I an asshole now?? (yes), we figured out later on that we were being pushed apart because we were linked, since bard/dancer link allows you to be affected by the dance.


Here are some more iron maiden guild things. On the left we are attempting to form a heart. That is like, a kidney bean, not a heart. gahhhh. on the right was our forest of guild recruiting chats on the spawn. We got some interested people (like Lelouch, and Afrikan) but unfortunately had to turn them down as they were not willing to face the dangers of TRAVELING BACK IN TIME WITH US. YOUR SAFETY IS NOT GUARANTEED. MUST BRING OWN WEAPON.

I know this is double drops week, but instead Jon and I decided to coral a bunch of pigs into a small corner and create a zoo/farm. We invited Clicky over to visit our zoo, but he guilted me into releasing the poor things, THEN HE KILLED THEM ALL THAT ASSHOLE.

ALSO SOME LEVEL SCREENSHOTS TO PROVIDE THE ILLUSION THAT I AM LEVELING.




After spending some quality time with my RO screenshots, I really have to wonder how those other ROstory blogs post such nice uniform screenshots. Previously I just linked to the entire picture, but my hosting went down. Haha! So I don't have unlimited space anymore. Sorry you have to suffer my sloppy pictures now HEHEHEHEHEHEH.

Then use the selection tool to figure out the actual width of the content (since mine has a bg). Then I'd take off a few pixels on either side so it wouldn't take the entire space.

In your case...it'd be a little different since your background is all white. So just pick a width for screenshots and stick with it. Mine's 661 pixels. Teehee.

I have no idea what height they are though. I just open an old cropped screenie and paste over it. 8D

There may be easier ways.

This isn't that hard really though imo. Just change image size width; height adjusts automatically. I use shortcut keys for everything so it's pretty simple...lol. Just select, cut, and paste. Or just crop and save. Idk.The most annoying part about it for me is opening 20 screenshots in Photoshop and then having it try to freeze up whenever I save one, since it eats RAM like no other. ;-.

to get uniform screenshots, i use the action tool in photoshop haha. you basically just tell it to perform a set of actions (select all, duplicate screenshot on a new layer, reduce image size x%, make canvas size whatever width/height) and then tweak from there. i have one action for image and canvas size, then i move it around until its placement is to my liking. then my second action is for stuff like brightness/contrast, satuation, and sharpness. 8D

...it sounds kind of complicated, but i basically click like 3 buttons to edit screenshots. unless i want to, say, c/p un-minimized text from chatbar on top in a new layer and add a drop shadow. ...or do shit like add images from harry potter posters on top of my screenshots for some late-night lulz.

Bleh what an off-day. I broke up with my boyfriend this morning, around 2AM; and tried to get some sleep so I could get up early and finish off my essays/presentation/homework. Didn't work out so well, haha. Why did I think I could sleep easy after doing something like that? :\

Feeling pretty down I guess; my traditional emo-the-fuck-out thing to do while on RO is to blow a stupid amount of money on nothing important, and voila, the results of three impulsive OCA buys.

Man, it's like RO is telling me: stoppp buyinngggg OCAaaaaaas; stopppp iiiiiiit.

D: ........................... where did my entry go???? aw dang, I accidentally deleted this huge entry I wrote. Gah! Mannnnn whatever, here's an abridged version:

I haven't been doing very many productive things in RO. For example, instead of useful things- here I am playing never have I ever in warp alley. I mean aside from the lack of alcohol and the fact that it was uhhh.. completely virtual, after we worked out the logistics of it it was pretty fun! Sometimes it is nice to sign on to RO, and not have to think about RO at all- but rather just hang out with a group of cool people. Speaking of emphasizing hanging out > leveling, Aki came up with a rotating events sort of system, where people take turns coming up with an event. It's kind of cute!!! Aki went first and came up with like, a dead branch lottery game where we had to predict the monsters coming out. Mannn, I guessed creamy and thiefbug, because I always get those out of DBs. In the end we had to open like only 15 to get a spore- which is what Karen guessed. Uhhh Eric's next and he's making some sort of rock - paper - scissors tournament. man I better own a ton of people in this next one, because I need to comfort my mini-games ego!!!

Oh man, while Nicole was transing her first character, it was TOO BAD VALKYRIE WAS OUT OF ORDER! I mean- just kidding. Here she is turning into a cutie pie high novice! Kinda weird she did it on the ledge, but that's probably because Nicole is just as cool / cooler than the Valkyrie. On that note, I try to make it a point to tag along or come with people who are transing for the first time because it's... it's like a nice thing to do right? Yeah... well some girl was like laughing at me when I asked Nicole to tell me when she was rebirthing. Ok- I guess transing isn't a big deal when you have like 92384234 or something? Who cares!!! I mean what the heck? I have four trans and I don't like transing alone usually! Man play the game with some friends or something. Gah.

Oh yeah, I tried this little thing out in toy factory 1, stabbing cookies. The good: She does extremely well! The bad: she's level 52 leveling in TF1. If anyone has suggestions for a baby merchant with like 133 flee or something awful, let me know! Healing items aren't a problem for me, just trying to think of places where I won't be one-shot. Haha..

Lastly, I ended up buying a 4xboned whip for goats, and I really don't regret it! I can one shot them without lex so it's only a matter of click click clicking. So this is what it means to play melee....

edit: OH YEAH and if you click under "Peek" in the menu above, I totally added a picture of my characters. Yayyyy am I cool now yayyy
