of my bro & break-ins

Before I go into RO stuff I'd like to share a story with you.
Two weeks ago I come home from buying groceries and my bro is like... You have to take me to the airport in 2 hours (:
TY FOR TELLING ME! I mean, the airport is like 3 minutes away but whatever... I MIGHT HAVE HAD PLANS (likewatchingDrWho,vryimprtnt)!
Now yesterday I find a lost call from him and a voicemail asking to call him back. I did but he didn't pick up. I just went to work without thinking about it twice. Then at night when I get home I find an MSN message from him that said: "The plane arrives at 10:44pm"... it was 9:24pm when I got home.
GOD, I LOVE MY BROTHER!
Anyway, so I kill some time in RO and he logs into MSN at about 10:30pm, and I thought his plane had arrived early. But no. He's all "OK, so... tomorrow at 10:44pm, k?"... Bre: "So... tomorrow?" fa;klsjd;fj
THEN I WENT TO BED AT 1AM CUZ INSOMNIA LUVS ME. Just to get woken up at 4:45AM by the alarm going off.
The burglary alarm.
I freaked the fuck out. This had happened before but NOT WHILE I WAS HOME ALONE! So I look for the meanest looking item I could find in my room... my Wii remote... shut up... and ventured out. I turned on the lights, looked around, saw no one and ran to the alarm to turn it off (dunwannagetchargedforapolicevisit). I couldn't find any signs of forced entry, and the dog didn't bark... but he's a retard. He'll try to jump the 7 foot fence every time someone passes by the sidewalk... but starts wagging his tail/playing with whoever comes into the house. BUT he's very menacing looking so I just quickly opened the back door and let him in but at this point I couldn't go back to bed ): I ALMOST FELL ASLEEP AT WORK DURING OUR 3HR TRAINING LOL I was totally nodding on the front row :D
So I blamed it on the fucking cat. God, I hate that cunt. She probably tripped a sensor or whatever.
FUN TIMES NEVER END WITH BRE.

I spent like 20m on exp items because my well-prepared plans always fall short so I had nowhere near enough!

I absolutely love her so far... except her terrible DEX... but that's my fault because I was taxed for like 40% of the item turn-ins ('tardd, I know) so she's only 69... hehe, 69.
OH YEAH, CAN SOMEONE TELL ME THE ORDER IN WHICH I SHOULD GET HER SKILLS? I dun wanna have like Fiber Lock and then realize when she's 90 I need like 13 job levels to get another important skill ): Right now she only has Indulge 1 and max'd Double Bolt LOL
OH yeah, and finally... does anyone know this person:
